WHAT IS PHOTO EDITING?
In today's world we can take some amazing photos on our phones and no longer need big DSLR cameras to get quality images.
However, all devices have their own "style" and are often either not accurate from a colour range perspective or have the focus on the wrong subject. Sometimes they are too dark, or too light or a range of photos don't have a consistent colour tone.
Photo editing is the process of colour correcting, exposure correction, focus realignment or even cropping for consistent size.
Photo editing isn't as simple as throwing a filter on an image on Instagram. Good quality editing will showcase your image, not make it so saturated its just unbelievable. Some examples of my editing skills are shown below. Prices are dependant on the number of images and what kind of editing is required.

I do also offer a one page website for $990 AUD + gst. I recommend one page websites as a base to start with the idea that you will increase to a multi page website within a year or so.
Prices for photo editing are based around quantity and of course the original quality of the image. I can edit anything from holiday images to wedding photos. It is designed for photographers to use, but you are welcome to provide me with the images direct.
Typically I prefer to work with RAW images however I can also edit JPEGs if that is all you have.
I work with blocks of images, 50 being my minimum number. If you don't have that many, my hourly rate starts at $70 + gst per hour and I can do it on an hourly basis.
PHOTO EDITING INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
I will still provide you with a quote for your image edits, which will include:
- A phone chat to calculate exactly what you are after and what your expectations are.
- Editing style is the same for ALL images. We establish what type of edit you want (clean up, enhanced slightly, tonal change etc) and that will be used for ALL your photos.
- I will pick 4 photos from your images that are quite different and apply the same editing style to all 4 images. This enables you to see your outcome. This incurs a $90 fee however that will come off your quote when you go ahead.
- You will receive a link to upload your images to and directions on what I need
- I will apply all the edits and reupload the edited files to the same location.
Bulk image edits does not include single image adjustments. If you have many images that you want to edit individually that would be done on an hourly rate. For example, should you wish to have 150 photos edited to the same size ratio (IE: 2:3 ratio) I would do that on a "do and charge" basis. I am pretty quick but these things take time so it would be a do and charge.
PHOTO RECOVERY AND RESTORATION
Typically I don't do photo restoration. I just don't have time and I don't do it often enough to be quick enough. I would recommend you search Fiverr for someone who specialises in this.

MORE INFORMATION & LEGALS
A 50% deposit is required prior to any editing starts.
Once received I choose 4 images that are quite different and apply the edits you have asked for to these images.
You then approve those and I go ahead and edit the remaining photos as per your request.
I will supply a page with your images watermarked so you can see I have edited them all, and at that point the final payment is due.
Once you have paid the final invoice, I will upload the full size images to your file folder and you are free to download them as you wish.
